Resumen
Se realiza una revisión actualizada sobre las epilepsias debidas a alteraciones de los diferentes canales iónicos. Se hace énfasis en su presentación clínica, genotipificación y fisiopatología. Se aborda tentativamente una aproximación al tratamiento farmacológico.
