Resumen
Se describe el caso de una paciente que requirió transplante hepático, luego de presentar un cuadro de hepatitis fulminante. Durante el postoperatorio la paciente presentó convulsiones, un cuadro de polineuropatía y de mielinolísis póntica.
Se revisan estas complicaciones, los cambios del sodio observados durante la hospitalización y la relación de estos hallazgos con el uso de ciclosporina y el transplante hepático.
