The presidency of the Colombian Association of Neurology: A lifetime experience (2011-2013 Presidency)

Abstract

I had the honor of being elected president of the Colombian Association of Neurology (ACN), in August 2011, in a competition with my beloved and always remembered Felipe Pretelt.
My commitment from the beginning was with the modernization at all levels of the ACN, although I already knew how the functioning of the Association was, because I had been serving as vice president, in the presidency of my great friend Jesus Rodriguez Quintana, who had the vision to lead the entity as a company, whose fruits, must necessarily lead to the success of everything that was undertaken, from that moment forward.
